The correct "answer" to the thread title is Shane Tucker and or Robert Baker, followed by Shane Machette, Adam Mays, Sean Beller, and Josh Stepp, not necessarily in that order.
No slight to anyone else, but these are the people who have proven themselve to be at a higher level than normally seen around here. Anyone else has some proving to do.

I think Rome has the potential to be one of the best tho, hes got some skill
I would think that some of this thread, any part that is serious, should or could be discussed on the thread intended for that purpose.
I will say this about Rhome AKA Ricky Estep. I have cornered him for all but 2 of his fights and I was a judge for one of those. He has the right heart for it and he has a good many natural gifts. He is a strong wrestler with a great base. He has tons of potential.
What I am going to say next I would, will, and need to say to his face. He needs to cut ties with some of (a lot of) the people he is associating with. He needs to get to a good MMA school and train exactly the way he is instructed instead of continuing to listen to his rah, rah hangers on.
Ricky can be a serious force in about 1 to 2 years, and I don't mean around here. Or he can be a better than average local fighter. It's completely up to him and what path he chooses to take.

He is a beast, we train together. We trained THursday for 2 hours then ran around 2 miles. Pound for pound the strongest guy around.
